What an amazing company! My Father asked Roger to help him create this garden in memory of our Mum. Together with Camilla who guided & developed an amazing planting design! Graham was with us guiding the project to completion! Nothing has ever been too much trouble! We can’t thank everyone involved enough for the kindness, professionalism & the end result is just stunning! The project was done during an incredibly emotional & difficult time, the compassion & care that was shown meant such a lot. A truly fantastic local company that went above & beyond - I would highly recommend ⭐️

Great service. The only thing did annoy me was the fact that the graphics/advertising pictures on the back of his van don't line up correctly with the gap in his back doors. Other than that would recommend. Cheers Rodger.

I am more than pleased with the work done by Roger Gladwell's staff. Not only was the sales person (Graham) extremely pleasant and helpful, but the boys who did the work on my decking were amazing. Their work ethic and tidiness was second to none. I would thoroughly recommend this team to work on anything which needs doing in their gardens.

We met Roger in June 2019, to initially examine an extension and some other minor additions to our new farm and family home in Suffolk. After looking at RGs portfolio, the brief was extended by ourselves to a project of over a year, with seven different buildings/elements. Throughout, the patience, advisory notes, quality of input and product from Gladwells as the project increased was impressive. Each department played their part, with our project being overseen on site by the exceptional Noel. Not only did he keep us in touch at all times and oversee his team and our pool contractors, he became nothing short of a hero to our three boys. The quality of his carpentry in particular is deeply impressive. Further mentions are to Graham, Daz and Andre, whose landscaping skills created an outside space of a high quality and finish, which will be enjoyed for years to come. The project encompassed the lockdown period, with its specific challenges. Regardless the best was made of it by Noel and materials stockpiled, with any missed labour time made up so the project finished ahead of expectations. Frankly, it was a shame to see Noel and his team depart, and in the worst days of lockdown it was his and his teams' vans arriving every morning that brought the biggest cheers from us all! Nina and I will always reflect on the period fondly, and will gladly invite the team back for further projects, with complete confidence.

I’ve never posted any reviews but in this case I’d like to share my experiences. First and foremost I’d like to state that the quality of workmanship, dedication & customer service provided by Roger Gladwell was exceptional. This ranged from the initial customer engagement where they worked with myself to understand the requirements & production of the computer aided designs, all the way through to final costings, construction & customer aftercare. The latter point being where Roger Gladwell have been exemplary & why I’d gladly use them again for any future work.

Rogers team designed and built a wonderful new garden for me. I wanted a garden that had colour all year round and would attract wildlife. It was challenging as the garden is north facing but they were able to add a variety of colour and textures that have really brought the garden to life. The team were a great bunch of lads who could not do enough for me, even moving trees a couple of times when I wasn't sure about their positioning! Communication was never a problem and dates were set in advance and carried out as planned. I would highly recommend Roger Gladwell and have already consulted with him about work to my front garden. Keep up the good work!

I recently employed Roger Gladwell landscape and construction to undertake my driveway. from start to finish the service was fantastic nothing was an issue and they couldn't do enough to help me. the chaps who worked on my property were prompt well mannered and well presented. If you want a project completed on time and in budget, you should look for another contractor. Despite their "awards" my experience has been very poor. I asked for a quote to build a cart lodge in March 2017. I obtained planning permission and accepted their quote. They said they would start contraction in March 2018 despite the fact I asked them to reserve a place in their schedule in summer 2017. March 2017 was not acceptable to me due to disruption of our drive during winter, so I asked for commencement in May 2017. Earlier this year I asked for them to confirm their quote and pencil-in a start date. Eventually I received a revised quote which was a lot higher than the one I had previously accepted but, to get things moving, I accepted it and asked for start date, and asked, and asked. Eventually (June 2018) I received an email saying they could start in 2019! Not even a phone call to explain and apologise. This company has NO regard for its customers and works for its own pleasure and profit. They have appalling customer service and any request takes multiple calls of emails to get a reply. Avoid!
