We had the supper experience, which included Malaysian dishes as well as the signature cake and desserts. Amazing. The care and attention to the food, absolutely delicious with a range of flavours. Photos only show a snapshot. Thoroughly recommended, Jin (and supporting cast!) are geniuses.

Jin's pandan chiffon cake and kuih/kue talam pandan were absolutely delicious, delicate, soft and silky, melt in the mouth. Simply the best I've had, in taste, texture and look/presentation and I've tasted a lot of them as I grew up having them as treats. Absolutely addictive! Thank you Jin.

Jin’s cakes are delicious. I ordered a matcha strawberry cake and a mango cake roll to celebrate my birthday. Everyone loved the cake. 100% recommended.

We live down the road from The Baking Jin, and we have visited the pop up cafe a few times last year when it opens. The cakes and coffee are exceptional quality and delicious. Looking forward to more visits this year.

Jin hand delivered the most AMAZING cake. I ordered a fresh cream pandan cake, as I longed for the taste after first having one in Thailand. It is the most delicious thing I have ever eaten, it's soooo soft but cuts expertly as guided with a serated knife, the pandan custard is to die for and the cream is heaven. It is finished beautifully, and Jin you are absolutely lovely with an exquisite talent. Welcome to Suffolk and we will be ordering again!

We ordered a mango mousse cake for a friends birthday and it was the best birthday cake we had. Highly recommended, so sad that Jin is moving away from Cambridge though.

Jin’s deserts are incredible, I can’t thank him enough for not only baking but delivering the most beautiful cakes for my mother’s significant birthday. The cakes tasted amazing, and everyone agreed we are very lucky to have Jin moving to Suffolk soon!
